Refund Policy
At Robyn’s Cupcakery, each order is freshly made with love, care, and your specific requests in mind. Because our products are perishable and custom-made, all sales are final and non-refundable once production has begun.
Order Cancellations:
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery. Orders canceled within this window may be eligible for a partial credit toward a future purchase.
No-Show or Missed Pickup:
If an order is not picked up at the agreed-upon time and no prior notice is given, the order will be considered forfeited and is not eligible for a refund or credit.
Product Issues:
We want you to be happy with your treats! If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We may request photos and details to better understand the concern. In cases of proven error or product defect, we’ll do our best to offer a solution such as a credit or remake.
