By using this website and placing an order with Robyn’s Cupcakery, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders & Customization

All baked goods are made-to-order. Please double-check all custom requests (flavors, colors, messages, dates) before submitting, as we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete order information once confirmed.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise arranged. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.

We accept secure payments through trusted third-party platforms (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Wix Payments). Your card information is never stored on our site.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final due to the perishable and custom nature of our products.

Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup/delivery may be eligible for a store credit.
No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue fairly.

4. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery times are agreed upon during the ordering process. Missed pickups may result in forfeiture of your order without refund.

We are not responsible for damage after the order has been picked up or delivered.

5. Product Allergies

Our kitchen is not allergen-free. While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee products are free of common allergens like nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, or soy. Please inform us of any allergies when ordering.

6. Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. Availability of products and flavors may vary. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

7. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse the site or its content. All content (photos, text, branding) is the property of Robyn’s Cupcakery and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Robyn’s Cupcakery is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of our website, services, or products, including allergic reactions or misuse.
